2008 Syrah: Bottle: $ Sold Out
A blending of 40% Alcantara and 60% Paso 2008 Syrah grapes, this wine has an aromatic nose of clean, dark blackberry fruit accented with rosehips, violet and a light, peppery spice. The palate is soft and weighty, making this Syrah a true crowd pleaser.

We layered the great fruit, spice, earth and floral characters we see from our fruit into complex wine also demonstrating the vineyard’s amazing balance and finesse. A field and cellar blend of Merlot, Syrah, Pinot Noir, Petite Sirah, Tempranillo. High desert wine at it’s finest!
NV Chaparral: Bottle: $ 32.95

A warmer vintage in 2008 gave us riper fruit character and more weight on the palate while still retaining that classic Syrah spice. This wine is a great compliment to rich, earthy dishes like lamb, game or even a good shepherds pie.
2008 Petite Sirah: Bottle: $ 44.95
A perfect demonstration of why we love Petite Sirah. This wine harmoniously combines the beautiful characters of lavendar, blackberry and spice with all the big tannin, weight, and oomph you expect from Petite.
2007 Meritage (Bordeaux Blend): Bottle: $ Sold Out
(36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 28% Cabernet Franc, 18% Merlot, 18% Malbec)
Meritage is a blend of great structure and balance. Dark cassis and currant flavors are accented by notes of baking spices, lavender and soft tannins in wine that demonstrates the beauty of blending.
2008 Cabernet Sauvignon: Bottle: $ 48.95
This 100% Cabernet combines the ripeness of the vintage with purity, depth, length, and complexity. With notes of cola, spice, and red berries, this full bodied wine gently rounds the mouth with a silky smooth finish. Well balanced from beginning to end!
