With earthy, dark cherry, and baking spice aromas, this blend is sure to please.  Perfectly layered and slightly acidic.  A great wine for pairing with a variety of foods.  Our Confluence fans are sure to enjoy #4!  Equal parts Merlot, Mourvedre, Syrah, Cabernet, Zinfandel, and Charbono.

2009 AZ Merlot:                                      Bottle:  $ 36.95

This deep Merlot carries with it a plethera of flavors.  Black cherry, currant, cassis, and anise.  With medium tannins it is pleasing to the palate with a nice long finish.

NV Grand Rouge - Asencion / Zabibu A Amani:    Bottle:  $ 37.95

A testament to the power of blending.  Each of the six wines used in this mixture contributes its own unique character to a wine that is more textured, complex, and layered than any of its individual components.  A great, balanced wine for any setting!  20% Cabernet, 20% Zinfandel, 20% Pinot Noir, 20% Merlot, 10% Nebbiolo, 10% Mourvedre.  $37.95 includes a $5.00 donation to Camp Soaring Eagle or Out of Africa Wildlife Park.

2010 AZ Zinfandel:                                   Bottle:  $ 34.95

Welcome to Arizona!  This earthy Arizona terrior definately shows through in this unique Zinfandel.  Spicy, with nodes of clove, pomegranate and lavender, followed by a softy finish.

2009  Sangiovese:                                    Bottle:  $ 38.95

This Sangiovese is a true work of art.  Cherry, leather and vanilla layer out this complex wine, with a long, lingering finish.

2008 CA Nebbiolo:                                    Bottle:  $ 38.95

A wine of remarkable structure, this Nebbiolo was aged 3.5 years + in French and American Oak.  The extended aging softened the tannic and acidic nature of this wine while allowing a world of subtle and complex characters to develop.  This wine will compliment many Italian dishes and will also age well in the bottle for several more years.

2009 CA Cabernet Sauvignon:                       Bottle:  $ 48.95

This dark, rich, Cabernet is well balanced with moderate tannins.  With black cherry brown spices, vanilla, and a hint of coconut, it offers a full mouth feel and a long finish.

2011 AZ Syrah:                                       Bottle:  $ 35.95

This Rhone varietal is an elegant, smooth, well balanced Syrah, with cranberry and vanilla aromas that lead into white pepper and currant flavors.  With a smooth finish this wine will pair well with many meat or Italian dishes.
