Club Membership Information:
Barbara Predmore will select 3, 6 or 12 bottle shipments of Alcantara wines for 2 or 4 shipments per year. All wines are Club discounted for members.

FREE Access to West Side Beach for fishing and kayak access to Verde River during normal business hours 11am – 5pm daily; FREE Access to Confluence Beach for river use from private Alcantara gate (no overnight camping or fires, no vehicles on riverbed; and parking only in designated areas)**** (see below)

AGREEMENT
By completing and signing application, I agree to abide by terms and conditions of the Alcantara Wine and Beach Club as written and amended by Alcantara:
· I certify that I am at least 21 years of age;
· Joining today will activate membership discounts for purchases. I may cancel membership after one year commitment provided notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to a regularly scheduled shipment (Feb, May, Sept, Dec) as applicable;
· I am aware that the government requires wine shipments to be signed for at delivery by an adult over the age of 21;
· I understand I am responsible for all costs incurred if my wine shipment is returned for reshipment;
· ****All use of River benefit is for access only and does not include right of use of any Alcantara products or services and parking is limited. Membership is for individual use only; not commercial or company use. Members waive all liabilities of Alcantara based on use of property or access granted. All members will respect the environment and use of the river and comply
